Justin is a Hong Kong trained Physiotherapist who joined PhysioMotion after completing his Masters in Physiotherapy.
He brings a wealth of experience in both physiotherapy and exercise performance being a keen athlete himself in addition to having completed his first degree in Exercise Science & Health. His areas of expertise spans musculoskeletal conditions: sports injuries, surgical rehabilitation, spinal issues and chronic pain. Being a boxer, golfer, rock climber and weightlifter, he is able to assess client’s movements and sporting techniques to prevent injury. He combines this with expert manual treatment techniques, acupuncture, his background in exercise physiology, personalised exercise prescription to help his clients reach peak performance and health goals.

Justin’s own journey in fitness has lead him to really appreciate that physical health is empowering and the positive impact of peak physical health has on the mind and body. His focus is to address any barriers including injuries, that his clients may have to allow them to experience this amazing journey. Justin has a holistic approach to well-being. He has always been fascinated by the interlinking relationship between movement and emotional health.
Utilizing his strong background of human anatomy, exercise physiology and biomechanical analysis – he helps create a tailor-made progressive treatment plan with a holistic evidence-based approach. Justin listens to client’s goals, uses a comprehensive biomechanical movement analysis and treats with a ‘hands on’ manual therapy in combination with a tailored exercise rehabilitation program based on the problems identified. Being a Pilates practitioner, he focuses on dynamic stability and strength training to help you reach your goals.
He is also an accredited acupuncture practitioner, who blends both western and eastern approaches for his treatments.
