Angus is a keen footballer and squash player. These interests have led to a passion for treating sports injuries and orthopaedic post-operative rehabilitation. He uses a very ‘hands on’ manual therapy approach, a thorough comprehensive biomechanical analysis of movement and works from a definitive diagnosis. From this, a progressive treatment plan is executed from the acute phases of injury through to full return to sport.
His exercise prescription will be based on muscular imbalances found on ultrasonography assessment and analysis of the biomechanics of movement related to the problem. Angus’ expertise in Pilates core work combined with strength and conditioning will ensure that you reach your performance goals.
Angus provides client centred treatment strategies using evidence-based techniques to ensure optimal outcomes for his patients.
