Over the years, Panda has developed a special interest in the complexity of how different regions in the body are connected and how they interact to reach a diagnosis. She uses highly developed analytical skills to assess biomechanics of movement and how they relate to the causes of dysfunction.
Whether these problems arise in the spine, pelvis or joints of the body, the role of these inter-connections in relation to other conditions such as knee, hip and lower back pain; recurrent muscular strains; men’s & women's health (pregnancy, postpartum care, rectus diastasis, incontinence) is key to effective management of musculoskeletal dysfunction.
She uses real time ultrasound imaging (RTUI) for effective assessment and training of abdominal, pelvic floor, hip and lower back muscles. In particular, the assessment of the extent and severity of a rectus abdominus diastasis (for postpartum women, but also men who suffer this condition).
