She is a recognized Clinical Specialist in Musculoskeletal Health and Pain Management in Australia teaching both clinical staff and students alike at high-level government committees including Australian universities. Dr. Chen was an examiner for the Australian Physiotherapy Council highlighting her academic and clinical excellence. Her Ph.D. focused on neck and shoulder problems, establishing her as an expert in this area. With a personal interest in sports and music, Dr. Chen has treated sports injuries in high-level athletes and provided specialized care for classical musicians.

As an educator and researcher, Dr. Chen has conducted workshops showcasing her advanced manual therapy skills and has been invited to speak at local and international conferences. She has developed innovative injury management programs incorporating educational and exercise components that she now brings to PhysioMotion.

Since returning to Hong Kong, she has continued to excel in various physiotherapy settings, addressing musculoskeletal problems, sports injuries, cardio-respiratory conditions, aged care and neurological rehabilitation.
