Natalie is a UK trained physiotherapist who returned to Hong Kong after completing her degree at Oxford Brookes University. She is a keen athlete participating in competitive power lifting, rugby and sailing.  As a Physiotherapist and fitness specialist / personal trainer, she has integrated her superior knowledge of biomechanics into her private practice work. Her passion lies in injury prevention and enhancement of sports performance from elite level athletes to post-partum mums returning to fitness. She also has diverse experience with musculoskeletal injuries, such as chronic low back pain, knee and ankle injuries, as well as post-surgical rehabilitation. At PhysioMotion she combines strong manual therapy skills with individualised programs to help clients achieve their goals.

Natalie is a passionate therapist who strives to achieve optimum results with her clients. Through her skills as an accomplished rugby player, power lifter and sailing instructor, she is able to listen attentively and ascertain client’s goals. She has an innate ability to analyse biomechanics of movement and dysfunction to combine this with her physiotherapy knowledge to manage the full spectrum of musculoskeletal issues.

Using progressive evidence-based science such as real time ultrasonography imaging (RTUI), Natalie is able to assess abdominal core, back and pelvic floor muscles synergy – ultimately to aim for optimal function and strength. She works with chronic back pain, pre / post-natal mothers, acute and chronic sporting injuries and surgical rehabilitation cases. This approach combined with her strong manual therapy skills enables her clients to achieve their health and fitness goals.
